i2visa's procedure of Chinese visa application

To finalise your visa order you'll need to:

  1. get all the required documents ready 
  2. complete the online Chinese visa form provided by Chinese visa service application centre's website 
  3. come over in person or send all required documents to i2visa UK Ltd, Forth House, 28 Rutland Square, Edinburgh, EH1 2BW

1) Once we receive your documents we will:

  • confirm the receipt of your documents by email or phone.
  • check your documents by i2visa's senior visa consultant.
  • email or phone you if an additional document is required.
  • submit your visa application on your behalf to the Chinese visa application service centre (CVASC).
  • collect your passport and Chinese visa on your behalf after approval.
  • mail your passport and Chinese visa to the address provided by guaranteed special delivery.

 2) In the event of fingerprint required to your visa application we will:

  • confirm all required documents before coming over to our office
  • take you to Chinese visa application service centre for biometric collection (3 mins away on foot)
  • collect your passport and and Chinese visa on your behalf after approval
  • mail your passport and Chinese visa to the address provided by guaranteed special delivery

i2visa's Payment Methods

i2Visa offers a variety of payment methods. Bank transfer and online order payment should be made after we confirm receipt of your document(s). It is necessary to make the cash, cheque, postal order payment enclosed in the same envelope with other documents before sending us application order. The currency of fees is shown as British pound only. The fees are charged in terms of Chinese visa entries and the service you select.

  • Cash

    If you wish to pay by cash, please make the correct amount in total. Please enclose them with other documents beforehand. We will make a change if you pay over the appropriate amount.
  • Cheque or Postal Order

    If you wish to pay by cheque, please make the correct amount in total: payable to i2Visa UK Ltd. Please note that we will probably send your passport and Chinese visa back to you after the payment has been settled.
  • Bank Transfer (BACs)

    We will invoice you via email stating Consular fee, our service charge and VAT as well as i2Visa’s bank account after receiving and checking your document ready for submission.
  • Online Card Payment

    After submitting your visa application without any hassle, we will send you an email confirmation and payment link via, allowing you to pay online provided by PayPal Security Link. All the major cards are accepted by PayPal even if you don’t have a PayPal account.
