If you find our fees higher than our competitors located in the UK only, we will match the difference between our fees and the fees you found on the site of other competitors, which MUST submit the visa applications on behalf of their customers in the Chinese Embassy in London, General Chinese Consulate in Manchester or Edinburgh ONLY, at the SAME VISA APPLICATION, SAME ENTRIES, SAME SERVICE and SAME NATIONALITY with the condition in a 15-day window and UK market only after you get your passport and visa at hand.

The total fees of all different types of Chinese visa (L/F/M/Q1/Q2/S1/S2/Z/X1/X2/C/J1/J2-type) are charged depending on your nationality, your required visa entries and processing time. The following fees for other countries (excluding British, Brazil, Canadian and USA passport holders) are collected by i2Visa UK Ltd for the sum of Consular fee, visa centre fee and our service charge. The Chinese visa total fees for British, Brazilian, Canadian and USA passport holders are different from other citizens. The following fees are collected by i2visa UK Ltd for the sum of Consular fee, visa centre fee and our service charge. All the entry/exit times including Chinese visa are categorised as the same fees charged. Receipt for Chinese visa service will be emailed to you.

Chinese Visa Procedure
To finalise your order, you need to:
- get all the required documents ready
- print, fill in, sign and date the forms
- send all required documents to i2visa UK Ltd, Forth House, 28 Rutland Square, Edinburgh, EH1 2BW
Once we receive your documents, we will:
- confirm by email or phone that your documents arrive
- check your documents by i2visa's senior visa consultant
- email or phone you if an additional document is required
- submit your visa application on your behalf to the Chinese visa application service centre (CVASC)
- collect your passport and Chinese visa on your behalf
- mail your passport and Chinese visa to the address provided by you by guaranteed special delivery
i2Visa Payment Methods
i2Visa offers a variety of payment methods. Bank transfer and online order payment should be made after we confirm receipt of your document(s). It is necessary to make the cash, cheque, postal order payment enclosed in the same envelope with other documents before sending us application order. The currency of fees is shown as British pound only. The fees are charged in terms of Chinese visa entries and the service you select.
CashIf you wish to pay by cash, please make the correct amount in total. Please enclose them with other documents beforehand. We will make a change if you pay over the appropriate amount.
Cheque or Postal OrderIf you wish to pay by cheque, please make the correct amount in total: payable to i2Visa UK Ltd. Please note that we will probably send your passport and Chinese visa back to you after the payment has been settled.
Bank Transfer (BACs)We will invoice you via email stating Consular fee, our service charge and VAT as well as i2Visa’s bank account after receiving and checking your document ready for submission.
Online Card PaymentAfter submitting your visa application without any hassle, we will send you an email confirmation and payment link via, allowing you to pay online provided by PayPal Security Link. All the major cards are accepted by PayPal even if you don’t have a PayPal account.
