Since 1st June 2018 i2visa UK has moved to West End in Edinburgh. Trams, Trains, or Buses are nearby our office. There are plenty of car parking space outside of office.

Electronic Chinese Visa Applications: Update April 2018

From April 3 2018, all Chinese visa application forms must be completed electronically. At present the vast majority of forms are completed by hand, however any handwritten forms will be invalid and rejected by the Chinese Embassy from this date. It is hoped that the e-visa change will help to streamline the Chinese visa application process. 

i2Visa is still searching for the best way to ensure that the Chinese visa application process remains as simple and straightforward as possible. From April 3 2018, all i2Visa Chinese visa customers will be advised on how to complete the form upon enquiry.

First Direct Flights from Scotland to China

Last week The BBC reported that Hainan Airlines will commence direct flights linking Edinburgh and Beijing from June 2018. The twice weekly flights will be the first of their kind to connect the two countries. It is an exciting step for boths nations, which have enjoyed increased tourism and export ties in recent years. A major coup for the city of Edinburgh, this new transport link finally sees the realisation of long-standing international travel ambitions.
